I have a variety of composting manure blends for you gardeners out there! When ground is frozen so is the manure.
Bagged composting manure so you know what to expect.
I also need advance notice unless otherwise noted to give me time to bag it up for you.
This is bagged in recycled empty 50 lb feed bags but the total weight of each bag you will be purchasing is around 30-35 lbs because I need to be able to lift the bags. They are tied up with recycled bale cords from my hay bales!
I have the following DEPENDING on the weather etc.
STRICTLY FOWL MANURE: This is from my chickens, peafowl & guineas. Also in it are some very fine kiln dried pine shavings and perhaps a very tiny bit of hay.
BARN MIX: Mostly chicken manure with a bit of bunny, sheep & goat as well as some shavings and a bit of hay.
ALT MIX: Pony, miniature horse, alpaca, sheep, chicken & bunny as well as some shavings and hay.
STRICTLY ALPACA: When available straight alpaca manure.
Take the alpaca challenge. The alpaca breeder and her daughter planted identical flower gardens. The only difference was Kathy did not add alpaca manure and her daughter did.
The outcome was Kathy’s daughter had flowers TWICE THE SIZE of Kathy’s flowers!
